Doing venison burgers (toppings: pineapple, avocado, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion) and beer brats on the pellet grill (1 hour smoke reverse sear), corn on the cob, sweet potatoes and I think I just may break out some smoke wagon small batch or eagle rare. Nothing special meat wise. Old fashioned but well executed.

Haha... actually bbq'd tri-tip on the Santa Maria grill last weekend. Used red oak. The kids wanted ribs and chicken this week. I'm not a big garlic bread guy. Prefer tortillas, especially my suegra's homemade corn tortillas. Unfortunately she just left for Mexico.
