I watched the game. Sooner softball is becoming a passion for me and the wifey. I don’t know if they have as good a team as last year, but I like the way they are playing.
Its my passion also my friend.
In this three game series vs. the Whorns Alo a true freshman hit 3 HRs including 2 HRS today bringing her total to 23 HRs. putting her ahead of Lauren Chamberlain's pace as the greatest softball HR hitter ever.
Shay Knighton hit two important HRs including a key grand slam
Sidney Romero also hit a key Grand Slam HR vs. texass.
Nichol Pendley blasted a HR today which was a key to our win.
Our defense played great in all three wins.
We have great softball team!
Yep, I watched and cheered the big hits today but prefer more base hits to go with the dingers. A lot of Sooner runs but not that many hits. That bothers me. Still I am really pumped.
Yeah, Oklahoma ..... I'd like to see more singles, etc mixed in.

I was a bit surprised by OU's pitching in the third game of the series (the only one I got to watch). It seemed that no one was "on their game". I watched Ducks vs Huskies afterwards. Both of these teams appear fully capable of winning the Natty.
Paige Parker was more than just a little bit off yesterday which surprised me. I think this team is just as good if not better than last years. They play great defense and it appears that the pitching is deeper this year than in years past.
For those who don't keep up the next 2 years OU has signed for 2018 the #1 recruit in the country a pitcher, Brooke Vestal. In 2019 they again have the #1 recruit in the country, a
