Great show. Timothy Olyphant was equally if not better in Deadwood - by far the best mix of eloquent language and absolutely awesome cussing!

I have no idea how that man does it. He's running 3 to 4 different series filming in parallel, literally every week. He must have absolutely no life except writing shows (which by the way are becoming more predictable once you watch enough of his work).
Totally agree. As we watched both series I told my wife "my god this guy knows how to write/pick the most b*tch a*s women characters". I'm curious what's happened in his life that has him rolling this exact same "strong, b*tch lead woman" role in literally every one of his series.
I like Olyphant a lot. One of my favorite Netflix shows was Santa Clarita Diet. Right when it started getting into the backstory of how they became Zombies they canceled it like they always do with decent shows on there. A show gets good, has 2 maybe 3 seasons and they cancel it to make some other adaptation they ruin.
That’s the thing about writing that many shows. I’m sure many of his themes and ideas start bleeding into each other. The way he tells a story probably becomes familiar as well. I’m sure they have massive teams of actual writers and he probably creates the overarching story.
Yep that was a good one also. I guess it got too crazy for people so they canceled it? Right when it was getting good!
I read it was because of Covid filming issues. Schedules got all messed up I’m sure. I wish they would have just started again later when they could have. I guarantee now Mindhunter will never come back and that was freaking awesome too.
Bro, it killed me when that didn’t come out with another season of Mindhunter! Damon Harriman plays Charles Manson’s role perfectly! What coulda been!
That guy who played Ed Kemper was spot on too. All the actors that were serial killers were awesome. It’s stopped right when we get more into the BTK arc as well.
Cameron Britton did an amazing job playing Ed Kemper! I know! So many more seasons could have been played!
