So with these readjusted rankings; could this mean some of the top teams meet in 1st and 2nd rounds? Instead of 3rd and 4th rounds?
Absolutely. Also its going to be a real shocker for fans of highly seeded teams having to meet up with teams like Shelby, who could win the state championship, early in the playoffs.

Worst thing about this fiasco seeding system is the best teams will not be playing for regional championships.

That'll be interesting. Wonder if the NCHSAA done this because of everyone griping about travel over the past couple years?

All conference winners will be seeded first regardless of Max prep rankings. If Shelby beats South Point they will play at home against a higher seeded team. That's no different than last year.

I guess it is hard to play in Pisgah as a visitor cause when you roll into Canton you get hit with fart smell from factory. Hard to play in those conditions

Guess not considering I never drive past Asheville for anything and hadn’t in a super long time. I do have a good buddy I hadn’t talked to in years that played for Pisgah in 95-96’

I have to smell it driving into work every morning and evening.

At least there are people working in the town smell or no smell and not sitting at home eating Cheetos or cruising around the tourist town and bringing no jobs to the county like the other end has become. There is absolutely no revenue in Waynesville other than Tourism 6 months out of the year. Thats why the county is broke and locals can barely get by. Honestly it’s the only place in the county that you can make a decent living with entry wage, there’s other jobs in the county but at most of them if you aren’t admin or management you don’t make a living wage. If you really work you should appreciate you aren’t having to keep people up That get up and go to the mill every day a float. Because as working class we are keeping enough up as it is.

Nothing wrong working at the mill, better then average paying jobs. I would not have a job if the mill every closed ,most that work their drives fords.
