I could not find a game with a box score or article I could validate where Nebraska won and neither team scored a TD any more recent than Nebraska's 1937 victory at Kansas State (3-0).
Nebraska didn't lose in 0-0 ties in 1938 vs. Indiana and in 1937 vs. Oklahoma.
There is a 1951 game that officially NU won 1-0 due to a Kansas State forfeit.
We almost won a game without scoring a TD against Texas in 2009 (L 13-12). We led with 1 second left if anyone remembers that. (Texas scored a TD in that game).
Another game in 2009 where we lost by 1 point on a very late TD (21 seconds left): L 15-16 at Virginia Tech. Five (5) Alex Henery FGs that day. I remember one possession where we had 1st and goal on one possession and ending up punting.
Also...
- Fewest points in a win since 2005 vs. Pittsburgh (W 7-6)
- First game without any TDs by either team since 2010 at Texas A&M (L 6-9)

Thought it might be 1981 at Missouri (W 6-0), but we had a missed PAT. That TD was scored with 23 seconds left.
1976:, 6-6 tie at LSU, but we missed a PAT.
1975: 12-0 win at Kansas State, but there was a TD with a missed PAT.
1967: 9-0 win vs. Oklahoma State, another TD with a missed PAT
1964: 9-0 win vs. Missouri, NU had a safety and a touchdown
1939: 6-0 win vs. Minnesota. TD and missed PAT
Was also looking for games in which only NU didn't score a TD and won...
1956: 9-7 win over Iowa State. TD and missed PAT, plus a FG
- Also, stats show just one successful FG by NU.
1940: 9-7 win at Pittsburgh. TD and missed PAT, plus a FG
As for late TDs (not applicable to today, but found them interesting when digging for the above)...
1990: 13-0 win over Baylor didn't have a TD until 22 seconds left in the game (Scott Baldwin 2-yard run)
1981: 6-0 win at Missouri (see above)
