Shroom reminds me of the comedian years ago that said he had been married 3 times. The first 2 died because they ate mushrooms. The 3rd died due to a blow to the head.
She wouldn’t eat her mushrooms.
Hahahaha

I started cracking up before I even started typing that. Man I was still cracking up from the text last night. That was too freaking funny after I had to go back and focus. Your reply was classic lmfao.

Life is too short not to laugh!!!

Yes this is the same JB. Maybe @SoCal_Dukie3 can give a better insight. JB is a cyber stalker.

Not sure if it’s the same but there were 2 guys here, one a Duke fan, the other a Hole fan, who literally looked at my LinkedIn profile 1x a week for 2-3 months straight. Twas very weird. The one clown, even seeing my profile at that rate, still had my occupation wrong.

Nobody gets bent here because you have differing opinions. Provided of course you use a little respect when questioning players and staff. I mean you can say "Damn man, Jack hasn't hit a 3 in forever" most will agree , but if you come with Jack sucks *** what a piece of crap, You'll be dead from rifle fire by dawn. Questioning staff and players is fine, pure disrespect isn't. That's my two cents. P.S. Don't jump into the game thread and tell us all the game is over and we lost and there's still a half to play. I literally want to punch you in the face when that occurs. *cheers*

Never seen someone write a paragraph idolizing respect and making the last sentence “I literally want to punch you in the face.”

lol... - Yeah, I’ve never jumped into a game thread and said the game is over. Not once. Good try though, go take your face punching and all that tough guy jazz back to the game threads and get your story straight bud.

Hahah - I ain’t one for drama but that just pissed me off. I’ve never said anything like that during a game. Tbh, I barely comment during the games if at all. Ain’t ever had anyone over the internet say they wanna punch me in the face. Let alone over something that ain’t even true. Jesus Christ, what a time to be alive.

Oh I’ve said a game is over but typically not until under 5-7 min left to go and it’s ugly. 60% of the time I’m correct every time, save the UL game. Even then, who cares? I’ll still be a fan and won’t personally berate any of the players. They’re freaking college athletes. They’re still human!

SoCal, I'm with you buddy. That's the one thing that gets under my skin more then anything is seeing any post berating any of the players. Can you imagine if we all had a camera on us at 18-19 years old and for millions to watch and judge us by what they thought we weren't doing well. What makes it even worse, I would go out on a limb and say alot of people that do that, probably never played past the community youth YMCA league.

I realize they are young 18-19 year old young men trying their best, has Duke across their chest, and the most important part to me, the players and their family thought well enough of Duke to decide to attend. What more can a fan really ask for when you break it down. There is truly enough negative crap going on everyday in real life that I don't have to look at a game and find more. We all can use more positive things on a daily basis. Just my little 2 cents and my little approach to life on this side of the dirt. Things could always be a lot worse.

Ain’t nothing wrong with calling a spade a spade. It’d just be wrong if you called a spade a shovel.

Louisville is a free pass. I went to the game with my woman and I told her it was over with 10 minutes left. She don’t really understand basketball in concepts of what’s comeback-able and what’s not but I’ll tell you one thing, she never gave up. When Cam hit 2 FTs to put us only down 7, she stood up and announced to the whole section that we were down a touchdown.

Man, that's a total failure on your behalf to properly give your woman the cliff note version of basketball and the correct terminology lol. See in the service, we call that a failure to train your personnel and you will be held accountable lol. Shame on you for your lady getting football and basketball crossed up. Lol J/K, Not lol.

Lmao believe me, she knows better. She will do just about anything at the expense of my sanity. S’all good though, she puts up with Duke a couple hours twice a week and I pretend to care about Grey’s Anatomy every Thursday. (Just went through it an hour ago) I guess we’re both trained lol, but if that show discontinued randomly I wouldn’t lose an ounce of sleep over it.

I’m pretty sure he was using it as an example of a punchable offense, I don’t think it was an accusation, unless I read it wrong, but who knows. He might want to punch the new guy in the face. That happens sometimes.

I considered it being a generalized statement and not a direct fire at me. I ain’t trying to make it grammatical but the pronoun is “you” — if I was summing up the actions of new people, I’d pick a different word. Either way, it’s still a pretty brash statement.

I don’t want to learn things.
