I believe Rupp is a regional site for the NCAAT first/second round games.

Personally, I don't think early bracketology is useless. It provides plenty of reason for folks like us to converse about college hoops.

That said, some thoughts:
12 SEC teams and 11 Big Ten teams. Crazy.
Am I reading this right? The SEC has 12 teams in PLUS three teams in the next 8 out? That's basically the entire conference would either be in or banging on the door. I am NOT looking forward to the conference slate. Not sure my heart can take it.
I'd be thrilled with a two seed. Guarantee Pope won't lose to UMass Lowell
Arkansas as one of the "Last Four In" would make me so happy

I don’t usually ***** about these things and I admit it doesn’t matter.

But Marquette is behind us in every single semi-objective metric. Kenpom, T-Rank, NET, you name it. They lead us by 1 in the coaches poll only. Their signature wins are TWO HOME GAMES against Purdue and Wisconsin.

WT# is Marquette doing as a 1 seed in this thing while we are a 2, Joe?

Kam Jones is a great player but earn something already.

It's wayyyy too early. There very few losses in SEC play that would be a "Bad Loss" this season outside of probably Vanderbilt, Mississippi State and UGA.

I expect Texas, OU, Mizzou, LSU, USC and Ole Miss to have decent seasons.

The cream of the crop is Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida, Bama, and Auburn.

We have arguably the best 2 wins at this point and our only loss was a good loss.
Definitely. It’s the rest of the schedule which is slightly bringing the Cats to the 2 seed. Alll cupcakes outside the big 3 games so far.
