This is a Rutgers basketball discussion board. When a starter plays 6 minutes and isn't in foul trouble, it's worthy of discussion.

It could simply be that the other three guards are just playing better than he is. Coach P apparently likes the other two coming off the bench so Laurent starts but his minutes are being reduced because the other guys are playing better. Many posters are asking what's wrong with lAurent or what's the problem. I don't think it is a problem, it is just a numbers game. If he gets more minutes than either Nigel or Williams will lose minutes, nothing more nothing less.
