Whether Law has 4 points, or 18, his contributions on defense are essential. Our perimeter D was pretty damn good today.

That's for sure. If NU wins and Law doesn't contribute offensively, that's just fine with me, because I know he will have contributed defensively.

Maybe. But as I said in the other Law thread, NU NEEDS another 40% shooter, which Law is statistically. Would be great if anyone figures out what is going on.

They did. But one thing is to beat Vandy, and another to upset No.1 seed (top 4 nationally) Gonzaga. At times it looked like NU was operating a one-man O. That will NOT work against a top-4 team. Upsetting Gonzaga necessitates multiple offensive weapons active simultaneously. Great D will help a lot also, but it shouldn't be either or. To upset a top seed EVERYTHING must work well, D and O, simultaneously.
