You shouldn't go there Glov, Pitt played an outstanding game and the players should feel emotionally drained.
Tucker is lucky for two things Walker coming out of nowhere to a Heisman canidate, and Pickett sitting the game out.
OK, I'll guarantee to give you $100 IF YOU JUMP OFF THE NEW RIVER GORGE IN WEST VIRGINIA AND LAND IN THE RIVER 1000 FEET BELOW.
I wish the Penn State players cared about their bowl game half as much as this fan cared about Pitt's
I understand the "counterpoints" about they had a good record, played hard, etc. But I'm with you Glov- very glad they lost!
Wow, seriously? Since you are up close and personal with the 85+ players at the bowl game, share with us the conversations you have had with them. What are those players who are practicing telling you? What is it that makes ALL of them not care?

Pitt got all the props they deserved. The ACC was pretty bad this year. Is there anyone who believes they could have competed in the Big Ten East and had the same success?
Both teams at full strength would have been a very good game. One team playing a 3rd string QB and another team not having their starting RB makes it difficult (at least for me) to try and figure out who was the better team. Michigan State clearly had better depth. Congratulations to MSU for a hard earned win.
I thought Pitt played pretty well. Tough and aggressive. I've always though their DL coach was very underrated.
That being said Thorne has to be the most streaky QB ever. He's either very good or very bad.
Yeah, but he doesn’t look like a player. No fan of any team - including PSU - should take a loss that hard. It’s not healthy.
Only took me like 40 years to figure that out.
Anyone with any sense knows why this fan is crying.He had Pitt +3.5 and the pick 6 cost him a lot of money.
The pitt players were jacked and intense. This was their biggest bowl game since the Marino days. MSU was disappointed to be there. They expected at least a Rose Bowl and maybe a shot at the CFP. MSU gave a lackluster effort. MSU sleepwalked through the first 3 quarters and came alive when they decided to win the game. The next time pitt will play in a bowl game of this magnitude will probably be in about 2050.
pitt played better than I thought they would. They only lost by 10. I thought they would lose by more. They had a gaggle of 2* and 3* dandies playing against real big time college players. pitt gave a great effort to only lose by 10. MSU had better players across the board.
The game illustrates that pitt's good record was totally the product of a cupcake schedule. They didn't have a decent win all year. MSU was their chance for a decent win and they blew it.
