Not a candidate. He is no longer on draft boards and if he truly believes that he could return the a high round grade would be well served playing another, INT-less year.
He needs another year but IF he keeps improving, the NFL is going to kick the tires with him. His arm talent is not in question. He's very raw at reading defenses but he's running an NFL style offense and is getting better by the game.
