Where is our trivia thread? I have a question!
How many college games has Trevor Lawrence lost??!!
Here’s another question that can’t be answered yet. Will he lose a game while in college? And another question has there ever been a college quarterback never lost a game in college or could he be the first?

Could have sworn there was a post in this thread about “let’s see how Clemson does when they play a real football team”. Can’t find it.....just wondered if OSU counted?

They are playing LSU in New Orleans . that is a huge advantage for them. I think LSU wins by 2 touchdowns

Jalen Hurts press conference was sad. I think he meant what he said and he showed nothing but class

I didn’t mention it last night, but how good is Kirk Herbstreit? He’s become the very best at what he does.

And to boot, last night he had twin sons on Clemson’s roster and, of course, is an OSU alum.

ESPN’s football power index shows Clemson with a 56% chance to win and LSU with a 44% chance. I’m not sure how that power index works, but if that’s what it came up with, I think it’s seriously flawed. How can LSU possibly not be at WORST 50%?

I was very impressed with LSU's defensive team speed. Not a lot of fat guys up front. The amount of speed LSU brings is something Clemson can't really prepare for.

What's up with Dabo pushing around his defensive coordinator? I've seen this 2 or 3 times. Is he kidding around or does he really think it's OK to assault his assistant? And should Cut be doing this with Roper?

Heck of a game last night. Should be another great one in 2 weeks. If Clemsons receivers are healthy, they stand a real good chance of putting up 35 plus points and being able to burn some clock. Hoping for a good game where both teams put up 40ish.

That one hurt here in Ohio last night. Biggest factor to me was all the missed opportunities in the first half. Turn a couple red zone field goals into touchdowns and it doesn’t matter.

The targeting call was soft, but those are football rules these days. Nothing we haven’t seen before. My biggest issue is the fumble. How do you reverse it? Supposed to be “definitive evidence” to change a call. There wasn’t that at all. Still, the field goals instead of touchdowns is what hurt the most.

Hope Clemson is healthy for the 13th so we can see a decent game.

Clemson’s offense isn’t that far behind LSU’s. Their defense has been quite a bit better though. Clemson has been largely overlooked this year because their schedule is atrocious, but if anyone can slow down Burrow, it’s Brent Venables.

I don’t necessarily disagree, and I think Oklahoma is better then anyone else Clemson played outside of Ohio state, and what LSU did to them......well, wow!

Imagine if Clemson had to play 2 or 3 of these types of physical games IN conference every year and consecutive weeks...just this game they had WR injuries, hits to their QB and hurt lineman - They get to rest their first string for at least a quarter for 75% of their games on both sides of the ball....strength of conference matters with injuries and health of a team. Clemson has the players, and the benefit of a weak conference at the moment. Football is cyclical so they need to make hay while that lasts. Still think LSU is slightly better and should win a close one in the NC.

I live in Ohio and Herbstreit is to OSU fans as Bilas is to Duke fans.

Can LSU play the perfect game two weeks in a row? The odds aren't good for that. Should be a good game.
