He's a perfect third scoring option for next year (behind Oweh and whoever we land in the portal). The best part is that he won't have the weight of the world on his shoulders like he would if Calipari was assembling the UK roster.

I'd say the comp to Fox in that they were both around 6-4 185 as seniors in HS but Fox is much quicker with the ball BUT JJ is a much better shooter imo.
It's kind of awesome to think that Pope might have four McDonald's All-Americans in his first recruiting haul.
