LFA leaving the CCL????

I heard a rumor today that LFA is leaving the CCL next year. They are already on many teams schedules. Has anyone else heard this? That means more CCL teams will be scrambling for games to avoid forfeits if this is true.

Yes, LFA dropping football from what I hear...should have never been a CCL team anyway

As to the teams with a hole in the schedule, Illini/Chicago CPS games should be available weeks 1-3. Slumming with Noble Networks and intercity teams for weeks 4-9 might be the way to go. A "tbd" illini cps team could be the week 9.
Thinking ahead - St. Joe should look into the Metro Suburban and Leo might look into charter conversion (switch to CPS) or a merger/coop with Hales. I think Iggy will have enough to be a pre 1990s Northwestern and DPP-GT might have a shot going that route also.
