Is our inability to hit LHP tied to having limited, quality LHP in the program? This has certainly been the case since Forbes has taken over and even dating back 10+ years. Pence, O’Brien, Rapp, Sandy, stretching on Schaeffer have been decent and Hopefully Boaz.

There’s a reason left hand pitchers are at a premium. They are tough to hit against. Especially 88-92 guys w plenty of ‘junk’.

That was an anomaly. We were definitely world beaters that day. I guess we hit elite LHP, but struggle against the rest of it.
It happened 3 times. It’s the first game of the year.. 92-94 isn’t junk a never has been. That’s a good fastball, must of time it moves in in righties and away o lefties I said on the 4th the offense will come, which it did. 8 new pieces in the lineup is going to take time.
