I thought it could be that several yearly raises were approved that add up to 10% but I'm not seeing that. Maybe his supporters have some insight. There's no way he'd lie to the military about something like that, right?

Fact checking his *** is a complete waste of time. He lies incessantly and his minions think it's true. And when they finally figure out it's not true, they no longer care because they probably forgot about it. This is his base. Short term memory and they like to be stimulated every day by shiny things. Or in this case by the sound of him saying crazy *** **** like 'I know more about the military than our generals', or 'I have an IQ of 156'.

this is interesting because I really never felt any president or elected official has lied to the extent Trump does, about anything and everything. But to your point, all politicians lie. We have grown to expect it. Obama lied about Obamacare and Benghazi....big lies too. Hillary lied about her server. But the extent to which Trump lies about little stuff, meaningless, stuff, and massive issue like North Korea and China is truly incredible. He lies about stuff we all can see or fact check. And maybe bigger still is that he really doesn't care.
