  • Wages increased 3.2% year over year, topping expectations by one-tenth of a percentage point. Average weekly hours edged lower to 34.3.

no internet material lately on the looming recession.

I think that wage report and continued job growth parked them on the sidelines until the next market correction in the Dow.

So, in other words you are crowing over job growth slowing overall and hours dropping? You also realize that total employment participation is meaningless since US population is growing? 63% is well below the record.

Have you looked at the numbers in manufacturing, mining, or construction?

How are earnings going? How is the China trade deal coming along?

If the economy is strong...why did the Fed have a rate cut?

@Boomboom521 ...this is perfect for you. "Spin" this. Let me hear your classic relativistic "spin" on the fact an attorney who worked for Clinton in the State Department also represented her during a Federal investigation & helped arranged a plea deal with the DOJ that got her exonerated while also participating in her destruction of subpoenaed evidence from the same investigation!

Spin that.

excerpt
keep in mind that Cheryl Mills was Secretary Clinton’s Chief of Staff at the State Department and then bizarrely, she subsequently served as Clinton’s attorney, representing her in the email scandal. Heather Samuelson worked on Hillary Clinton’s 2008 campaign, and then became a Senior Advisor to her at the State Department, as well as the White House liaison. Somehow, she also became one of Clinton’s personal attorneys during the email scandal. Clinton kept classified emails on a private server in violation of Federal law, and the immunity agreements reveal that both Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson were actively involved in the cover-up of these emails as well as in the destruction of evidence.

Do you think that media coverup of Biden scandals in Ukraine and China shows they are in the tank for Dem party?
Is it a) Incompetence; b) Ideology; c) Corruption?

They're so stupid, they probably don't see anything wrong with Biden's son's bank deals. They'd be corrupt if they understood why it was illegal at worst, and a conflict of interest at best. So it's impossible for them be corrupt because they're too stupid to know the difference.

So, in other words ..........
No, “in other words”, I appreciate the time and effort you Windbags provide. Your hopes & wishes of a slowing economy and it’s effects, ........ PRICELESS.
............ now get back to scouring the Internet seeking good news.

Obama's weak economy = Bush's fault.
Trump's roaring economy = Obama's hard work.
They are idiots.

Never underestimate a Lib., ......... some would throw their family off a cliff if it helped prevent the re-election of the Trumpster.

It's truly amazing how they dismiss all the good economic news so as not to give Trump any credit, but they cheer their own individual investments & 401Ks and skip-a-long happily with each new quarterly statment showing record gains.

They never complain about their gains or send any of it in to the swamp to reduce the deficit. Oh noooooo! They keep that loot, then ***** about how this economy is really no better than Zero's. o_O

Its quite amazing the lengths people that have TDS will go to in order to see Trump fail.

Rooting for any economic down turn is just one of them.....rooting against the country for which they belong is amazingly stupid but alas....you see it every day.

I watch these debates and watch these f'ing libs actually stand there and think its quite ok to state they want to take care of non citizens and make citizens pay for whom ever wants to flood into the country.

Biden stood up there and practically said he will kill the coal industry while Bernie and others want to take away all private health care and tax the f' out of the middle class to pay for all the " free " stuff..

WE live in a country that people on this here board are f'ing ok with this ****.......what a time to be alive.

This democrat will again vote Trump in 2020 and I think libs on this board would be surprised how many of us moderate democrats will be doing the same....I know quite a few.
