These are two of the country's finest Constitutional Scholars. Both oppose Trump's ban. Both liberal.

My very, very strong guess is that these two guys have forgotten more about Constitutional law than the lawyers you listened to last evening know.

They are not my talking heads, they are yours (they oppose Trump's ban and are both liberals, Dershowitz, very liberal). They are, my guess, far more accomplished than whoever you listened to. These conversations both occurred on MSNBC. If you have heard of neither Turley or Dershowitz, google them.

Since Turley and Dershowitz are referred for their Constitutional knowledge, I think the very, very strong guess applies.

I am simply amazed that the two of you don't know of these guy's credentials. Seems I know more about liberal's expertise in Constitutional matters than either of you.

But I stand ready to be proven wrong. Get the names from your buddy and let's check their respective credentials and legal standing.
