People lashing out because of hate and violence with hate and violence.

I don't agree that they are reacting to hate and violence. It's been quite a while since anything came from the Trump side. So, either he set the hook pretty deep when he went trolling or we are seeing what the Left has truly become.

Very appropriate rational. Is that the same accepted logic for validation of anarchy, or what prompts ISIS and other terrorists against US? Weak. But I guess there is an explanation offered for any action taken against our country.

Give me an of example of Trump supporters at this event unleashing hate and violence.

I didn't say "at this event" ... I didn't even make any comment validating their outrage, just pointing out the lunacy in reacting to something that infuriates them in the same manner that invoked the fury in the first place.

You did say "lashing out because of hate and violence". Show me any instance that Trump used violence. Maybe these so called Soros financed "protestors" should riot at the next Democrat event in light of these comments by Barbara Boxer; "I feared for my safety and I had a lot of security around me". "I've never had anything like this happen." Boxer said she felt threatened after outbursts and threats at the Nevada Democratic Convention from supporters of Bernie Sanders

But for crying out loud, how about "perceived hate and violence"?

Good God.....you must have lived a very sheltered life. I every part of the clip the actually showed Trump.....I would have said the same to the nutjobs.

I'm not sure what you don't understand ... my entire statement and opinion on this is that protesters are idiots.

You asked for proof that Trump used violence, and I provided it. I'm sorry you don't like it being pointed out or that you want to validate it or justify it because he's your party's candidate. I didn't live a sheltered life, and I also don't bury my head in the sand but it's also not at all common to see this kind of talk from a potential POTUS. If you don't think his rubes are influenced or emboldened by his rhetoric, then I would have to say it's you that's lived a very sheltered life.

Regardless of mine or your opinions about that, my stance remains that the protesters are idiots.

You're entering Neil territory in assuming or reading things into it just to argue about something.

I never saw Trump promote any violence. Telling security to throw an uninvited agitator out is promoting violence? I never questioned your opinion that the protesters are idiots. In fact I agree with you. Maybe Trump is a little too blunt for you......maybe you prefer someone that smiles in your face while snapping their fingers to get security moving. Also.....maybe you can show me the quote from Trump that states "all Mexicans are murders and rapists".........you know the one that is headlined all over the media.

He told rally goers to "rough them up" and "I'll cover your legal fees" ... that's not "telling security to throw out" anybody.

I would prefer our next POTUS to have a little more class. Being authentic has its merits, but not if that authenticity is being a crass, thin skinned, ego maniacal idiot. (with small hands) Especially for somebody that's going to have the power of executive orders and our nuclear codes.

Have our presidents always had the greatest character? Absolutely not. Would our next if it's Hillary? Again, absolutely not. But the same is also true of Trump. Trump has all of the same poor qualities that many of our other presidents had, plus he's got even more poor qualities that they didn't. Making fun of a handicapped reporter? Calling Megan Kelly a tramp and a bimbo or whatever else he called her?

Criminy, he would be substandard even for this board, let alone for POTUS.

People seem to like Trump because he's not the status quo ... but that depends on what you're looking at. He's crass and vulgar (by POTUS standards, not sailor standards) and not PC which isn't status quo. Beyond that, he's basically just a con-man that will say whatever people want to hear to get their votes. I don't know how you get any more status quo than that. He flip-flops on his position multiple times. Sometimes even in the same interview. ****, sometimes without even taking a breath in between. Now that he's got the GOP nomination sewn up, he's backing off a lot of positions that got him there.

It should make you happy that he is trying to be more "Presidential". Do you really think he is going to build a wall..... I don't. You might be making a mistake by bring up the point about candidates "backing off positions".....that can become a very slippery slop.

Trump didn't say all Mexicans are rapists and drug dealers no matter how times the pee-pee squad says so, however, destroying U.S. property and assaulting police and their steeds while displaying the Mexican flag is not a good look.

You mean unauthentic? So then what makes him any different than any of the others? Besides a lack of experience, qualifications and knowledge? And he lies and lies and lies about things he's said in the past. He claims he never said things that people have video of him saying, and even when confronted with the video he talks around it. He lies about who he knows or who he's heard of.

I actually wonder if he has any concept of honesty, or if because of his narcissistic personality that he actually believes that the truth is whatever he wants it to be in that instant.

An unauthentic, lying politician. He sure is breaking the mold.

He said he was going to build a wall. Are you saying that we shouldn't believe anything he says? If so, I agree. But I'll ask again exactly what, then, would make him any different? And exactly what, then, are people voting for if he's not going to actually do any of the things he said he would?

At first he said that everybody's taxes would be lower, then he said that they will probably go up after getting the nomination. The ban on Muslims was "just a suggestion". At this point everything was "just a suggestion" so it doesn't seem like he has any real policy on anything.

I can't, because that's not what he said. I've never claimed that's what he said either. He did add at the end "and I'm sure some are good people". So there's that.

I don't know why you're bringing that up with me. My position is, and has always been and probably always will be a position of honesty. It's what drives me nuts about political topics and our political system (to include the media). Don't say somebody said something they didn't say, and don't twist words. Every discussion should begin from an honest point that's stripped of partisanship. Then talk about what happened and what it means and whether it was right or wrong or whether it means that person did a good job or not.

There's almost no point in engaging in a conversation if there's any disagreement over the facts.

Born, you are pissing in the wind. This individual lies, lies and lies about things he's said in the past. When he is confronted with absolute diction from him, he talks around it and rallies a couple of his blind followers to go along. He is a pathetic POS and absolutely void of integrity. The son-of-a-***** was even low enough to make a crass remark about my just deceased wife. Of course he denied and said it was me who misunderstood. he is unconscious government trough feeder. Yes, he has led or simply been sheltered in life. He suggests he has lived in a world of utopia. Instead, he has lived in his small world of make believe. Or alternatively just the stupidest bastard to come by.

He potentially has been exposed to good education, but doubt he has taken the opportunity to use. Look at his prior comment here. He takes issue with most, if not all, presidents past. None were satisfactory in his vision.

Just thought he may be a Clinton- a son of illegitimate order. Deny, deny, deny. Always someone else fault. Pathetic

The tolerant ones are on tv now in the middle of the road, throwing rocks at policemen and their horses.
