Glen- May I be so bold as to ask if this is a Louisville hack?
No, not really. They advertise this pretty good and I'm pretty sure that no matter where you put this, people are going to get baked and drive through.

I don't know if you ever have to use that other one but if you do, that's a very nice longcut.

If hijacking a thread about a Christmas light display with bringing up another Christmas light display is wrong, I don't want to be right. The thing the cavern has going for it that the Horse Park can't match is that they have 100% complete darkness to work with.
I was surprised how long it took. He told us about 40 minutes and we came to the end and I thought that wasn't 40 minutes and then I looked at the time on my phone. It as 40 minutes.

Here's one for the lawyers (have a Merry but worse Christmas than all non-lawyers Christmas). I asked our tour guide at the end if they had to pay royalties for all of the characters (Peanuts, Star Wars. Grinch...). He said that his understanding from someone who should know is that they could use them as long as the color they were depicted in was 10% less than something. I don't really remember. How do they get away with using those characters?

For those that have been, do they allow folks to ride in the back of a pickup, I would like to follow Glenns lead but would prefer my truck if possible, get the wife to drive, maybe have a bunch of grandkids un the back with me?!?

By the standards that they have for pricing I would think you could stuff 100 people into the back of a pickup and it would be $35. It's based on the vehicle. I probably wouldn't screw things up for the rest of the world though.
