Louisville is the closest rivalry we got that rivals UNC and Duke. So count me in on wishing they were somewhat competitive.

I don't believe the rivalry will ever get more intense than the Pitino era that was certainly some special circumstances... but it doesn't mean it's worth discontinuing.

Obviously if UK continues to dominate and they slip even further as a program ala Indiana it's worth talking about. But again the counterpoint is we should of never stopped the IU series and + it's being brought back for a nice stretch of time.
