I also saw the Trump/Ramos thing in its entirety. I have to say, Trump handled this one correctly. The guy was being an *** and disrupting the PC so Trump had him removed. Then he let him back in later on and exchanged with him.

Ramos raised some good points about HOW Trump was going to execute his plan, but the initial exchange that saw him removed was him being way out of line. He wasn't even asking questions, he was just yelling comments and expecting Trump to entertain them.

Also, Ramos's daughter works for Hillary campaign.

Ramos has crossed the line from journalist to activist. Trump acted correctly. It helps both men with their constituents.

Lol, It helps Trump with his angry base, he is making the entire GOP field tack right on immigration and lose the Hispanic vote, I doubt they pull over 10% this time in 2016. Don't get it at all, the GOP needs a statistician, they must think all Hispanics are illegal.

You make a very good point. Romney got killed by losing the hispanic vote 71-27. Bush and Rubio will probably do better if they are the nominee but Trump has to be dragging all of them down. I'm sure Hispanics despise Trump. And women. Trump plays only to the least common denominator. The ignorant, uneducated wingut who's mad at the world.

Is that even remotely an accurate statement? Who in GOP, specifically, have that conception? Do you see the borders as a problem? If so, what is the solution that would eliminate it? Continue trucking as current? Remove illegals as they are discovered(see your papers)? Accept the current illegals and move on?

What is the solution?

The Hispanic outreach advocated by Priebus after 2012 isn't Happening. Saying you will kick 11 million illegal immigrants out is one thing, having a plan you could possibly afford to carry it out is another. Add in the 14th amendment squabble and you are not going to pick up the Hispanic votes that W won for the GOP.I'm not even talking about a plan, I'm just noting how the rhetoric coming from the GOP is alienating legal Hispanic voters and that you need those votes to prevail in a general election. Reality "TRUMPS" ideology lol.

And who is Reince Priebus? Is he the leader of the party? I didn't get a chance to vote for him in our Republic. I have never met him, but do get monthly invoices from him. He is not authorized to make policy for GOP. He attempted to direct Trump without success. He should stay the *** out of candidate's campaigns. He has pissed off a bunch of people with his tactics and , and he should stick to fund raising coordination for the party, IMO.

And there you have it! Lol. My as well say who is the Wall Street Journal or who is Charles Krauthammer. They would be the part of the GOP worried about the general election, but hey, maybe there really is a silent majority waiting to vote for someone more conservative than Mitt was, we shall see.

Turmp's problem with Ramos is Univision cutting ties with Trump's pageants after Trump started with his chest beating about evil Hispanics. Trump was looking for an excuse to grandstand, Ramos was it. It was all smoke and mirrors designed to make Donald look like a real man.

The simple fact is Trump can't stand to be called out. He can dish out, but he can't take it. His spat with Rosie O'Donnell proved that. He's a prime example of the species known as the Overprivileged Loudmouthed Wuss. You can recognize them by the yellow stripe down their backs and their distinctive whine.

It won't be long before he utters their motto, "I earned my money the old fashioned way, I inherited it.", like that one from Morgantown did a couple of years back.

And Ramos isnt a reporter. He's an open borders advocate as is Univision. A large part of their audience are non English speaking Hispanics. Univision makes more money with open borders.

If you listened to Ramos speak today you would understand Ramos was actually trying to incite a fight with Trump. He was intentionally trying to antagonize Trump to push his agenda. He said as much on CNN.

I listened to Ramos and I saw the footage, Dog. Trump couldn't handle the questions and had one of his goons remove the guy. When Trump's handlers realized the boss had made a bonehead move, again, they let the man back in.

If he can't handle tough questions from a reporter, how is he going to handle a hardass like Putin?

Someone needs to explain the First Amendment to Trump. He obviously napped through civics class.

I am enjoying watching Republicans trying to stick to the old maxim,"Never criticize another Republican" when it comes to a giant *** like Trump. It's got to be tough. I saw my old man go through it in Nixon's second term. I thought he was going to have a stroke.

Patx, are you smoking that synthetic weed? It's the only thing I can imagine that explains the contents of most of your thousands of posts on this board.

We'll have to agree to disagree. What I saw was a journalist completely disregarding the standard decorum and protocols of a Press Conference. Moreover, he was making more statements than he was asking questions. Ramos' main beef is that Trump won't grant him an interview.

I agree Ramos started his line of questions improperly in terms of decorum but that doesn't excuse Trumps behavior at all which was worse than Ramos. Trump first tried to bully Ramos to shut up and sit down and when that didn't work, he had him removed. Then Trump lied about not having him removed as it was his freakin security that did it. It is all right there on tape to see so attempting to spin anything else is nothing more than a bunch of BS.

Ramos is a journalist and an advocate. Nothing wrong with that even if one doesn't agree with what he is advocating. FoxNews is full of advocates in their talent ranks and you people never ***** about them. Wonder why? The baseline is whether or not America should consider a candidate that acts and spews nonsense that Trump is constantly espousing. A President needs to be able to handle tougher situations than that and Trump fails every time when faced with something he can't bully his way through it. I find it very embarrassing and am shameful that our great country is considering the bafoon.

Well what else should he have done? If someone if interrupting your press conference, you don't pull a Bernie Sanders and give into their demands. It only emboldens people to act is such an unprofessional manner.

Here you go again..... "you people" ? I have seen many people on this board complain about Fox and I in fact I prefer CNN because they do a better job with news. You are entitled to your opinion regarding Presidential material. And your take on Trump may be correct. I wonder if you will swallow your high standards stance and pull the lever for Hillary?

Good question. I'm responding to a bunch of nonsense on this board that is excusing his behavior but I will attempt to answer the question with my perspective

I'm not even close to being a politician and I'm sure I would probably have handled the situation worse than Trump. Hence, I know my place and I'm honest with it and I don't pretend to have all the answers. But the way Trump told him to sit down and shut up is not the right way to handle it. Seeing more graceful people handle that type of situation better in the past is usually acknowledging their question without giving them an answer and gracefully express how the press conference is going to go. You can do that without being a bully if one is good with people and crowds. The fact remains that we need a president and leaders that can be cool under pressure and Trump proves over and over he cannot. And the right continues to excuse his behavior whereas if someone with a D behind their name did something like he does, OMG!

Trump knew exactly what Ramos was doing. I watched the whole thing and Ramos was out of line. Trump actually handled it very well when he allowed Ramos to return. They had a fair back and forth for several minutes.

I would have probably responded the situation worse as well. I thought however, compared to how he normally acts, Trump actually came across more reserve that I would have expected out of him.

Mike, is this your second attempt at being an attention ***** on the board? You carried it out quiet well a couple weeks back on another issue. Make an inflammatory statement that you know will extract a response. After having your fun, you say you are not serious. Why should anyone take a comment from you seriously?

Of course Trump did what he had to do to regain control of his press conference. How can anyone expect him to act like Bernie Sanders and surrender his mic to someone who interrupts the orderly process by shouting louder? What question did Ramos offer prior to being ejected? Would "none" be a fair response? He was making a statement very loudly, and that action could not be rewarded. He was invited back into the hall after the other reporters had orderly asked all of their inquiries - after being recognized.

I understand it is accepted that the press loudly seek recognition to ask their question, but the normal process is to sit down and be quiet if someone else is recognized and begins their comments. Ramos showed no signs that he would follow recognized decorum.

The choice was to have him removed or having dueling voices throughout the program. Trump acted appropriately for the situation, IMO.

I'll fight with you boys tomorrow. I've got a migraine kicking my *** today. I just stopped by to one eye the football news and saw the notifications at the top of the page. I thought I'd be polite and say howdy.

On the one eye comment, if I don't keep my left eye shut I can't stand to look at the glare off the screen. I hope none of you folks are prone to the migraines, a first rate one can lay me up for days.

I'm heading back to bed to sleep the damned thing off.

I'm not a Trump supporter but he handed Ramos his rear. And if you saw anything different, I'm just glad you're not in charge. And I think you are the one that needs the First Amendment explained to you. Maybe a course in reading comprehension?

Well I feel very embarrassed that people were stupid enough to vote for Obama twice. This country is full of truly dumb people. And Trump will not win the party election.

You really don't get it do you, Mcneilmont? This is all just electrons going down wires and through the air. It's not real life, It's a bunch of people typing at each other. They call it "cyberspace" for a reason.

What kind of person takes what they read on an internet bulletin board seriously? If you don't like what I post put me on "ignore". It's no skin off of my nose. I'm here to talk sports and have fun.
