Top to Bottom, not looking good for the conference after 2 weeks. Crushed by ACC and SEC, and huge loss by Oregon. Maybe all this means is Rutgers can run the table in the conference?

*Iowa struggles with a depleted Iowa State with a first year head coach ( winning it16-13); Ok State (1-11 last year)- beats conference power Oregon.

*** #19 Washington scrapes by PAC-12 Utah State 16-14
^ Michigan technically lost to Western Michigan, so this is really one lower "win";

It’s very early, based on what I’ve seen so far IU and OSU seem to be clearly at the top. There’s a drop off then I would say USC, PSU, Mich and maybe Iowa. I think Oregon has some real problems on defense despite having NFL players all over the field. Things can change over the next few weeks.
