Because they think that since Mueller didn't shout and change the language of his report that it means it went bad. That discounting thatvthe language if the report was already clear and damning. Also doesnt consider that he said he couldnt indict because of OLC, that Trump could be indicted after leaving office, and that Trump lied on his written responses. Oh yeah, and that there was obstruction and that Russia interfered with the election with the goal of electing Trump, and that Trump officials were involved in that, even if it did not rise to conspiracy.

They're having a relief celebration as they perceive that things didn't get worse for Trump on the Mueller front. The House has plenty (with more coming) of material to work with if they choose to impeach Trump.

In addition to already suggested charges, impeachment charges against Nixon included impeding Congress (investigation) which is exactly what Trump is doing right now so add that to the list.

Yes. Good ole Bob Byrd did so much financially for the state. He got us up to last in everything and secured us the funds so that 20 years after the appalachian corridor is finished in every state WV finally has the federal funding to finish our section. Thanks Bob.
