The evidence will be destroyed within 2 minutes or less once FBI turns over their summary. Might be a few untimely deaths occur too.

I love how the right claims Obamas administration is inept and can't do anything................unless it involves a conspiracy theory, then he can hide anything and do what he wants, laws be damned! Machiavelli style!

You are going to hear "I don't remember" or "I don't recall" used frequently. That was Bill's standard response and Hillary has gotten a lot of use out of it in her hearings. And Hillary aides have used it frequently. Bill got better ink with "Depends on what is is", but the above was used much more frequently.

So, propose an alternate theory on why documents that belong to the people are being delayed and are trying to be scuttled by the administration. The TPP isn't exactly something that if it comes to light would put American lives at stake. There has to be a reason, a theory was provided which you ridiculed, now provide an alternate theory to justify your ridicule.

It's very simple....Executive Privilege. Every and i mean every Presidential admin has used it to protect the office. There is ample precedent. You can look it up

No ****, thanks for explaining the very obvious mechanism. Why the need to use it? That's the question, what's the alternative theory?

I have no issue with him using it, at all. Nice attempt to evade the question though.

Admin's have always protected internal communications within the branch. It ain't hard. But in the Clinton-conspiracy-around-every-corner-crowd, this is an obviously indication that they've killed a bunch more people and stolen millions more.

As I pointed out in my initial response. Not all communications are protected, controversial ones are, certainly, I have no issue with that. So, either you are acknowledging there is something damning in there, as was theorized in the article, or they for no reason at all just deciding to not release them through use of Exec privilege. We are talking the TPP deal, not something that could cause risk to American lives. Again, I have no issue with the Executive Privilege. Why would they do it if not for what was theorized in the article? I see you offer no alternative solution either. I'm just asking for something else which might give actual reason to ridicule the poster, which I see you also chose to do without providing alternative theories.

"I don't recall" was also Ronald Reagan's response during the Iran/Contra affair.

As I said, some just refuse to see the faults in this all for the sake of winning.

The sad thing about those 3 people..can you imagine their replies then if tables were turned. It is always fun reading their clueless responses. They are not that clueless to believe what they express on this forum...well excluding Moe....he is not too bright.
