I thought this thread was going to be about Biden or Obama. If those two aren't in prison, Trump sure as heck isn't going to prison.
Tax evasion
Tax Fraud
Money Laundering
obstruction
Insurance fraud
NY has a laudry list on this con man
Bank Fraud and Tax Fraud.
He lied about how high his assets were for bank loans and then claimed much lower assets for tax purposes.
Can Trump be pardoned for crimes for which he has yet to be charged?

NY state is going to charge him. He canāt be pardoned for state crimes.

One obvious, giant, blaring, mountain of reality our Trump deranged friends on the Left continue to overlook in their zeal to see Trump nailed for something...anything....breathing for God's sake...lies in the amount of investigations he has so far survived without one charge or solid piece of evidence being illegal!
I truly wonder how many of you "purists" on the Left, could withstand the anal examination all of Trump's financial dealings have undergone these past 3 1/2 years? Make no mistake, the IRS is the most powerful, ruthless & relentless collection agency in the world! They have placed several year's of Trump's financial affairs under severe audit, and to date not one charge has been filed against him or one illegal activity flagged. Not one.
Not to mention the fact the DOJ's FBI, The Senate Foreign relations Committee, the House Judiciary Committee, as well the DHS, the Intel community, and a Special prosecutor have all looked into Trump's Foreign business affairs and his associates, scouring every contact and every connection looking for a "smoking gun". Again, not one case of wrongdoing on the part of Trump, not one hint of impropriety, not one piece of damming illegal evidence uncovered or even suggested! Trump has actually turned out to be one of the most "squeaky clean" pols ever scrutinized! Could Biden and his Family of influence peddlers survive such a rectal exam? Examiners would find so much crap spilled on them, they could shower for days and still not clean it all off!
What makes the Left think petty NY State political hacks disguised as Law enforcement officials will find anything to successfully charge Trump and then prosecute him that the IRS and all of these other investigative agencies have not found? TDS....it's abundantly clear. The Left is so obsessed with nailing some crime on Trump, even a simple parking ticket, that they cannot even rationalize their foolishness thinking the most damming evidence against him is still out there just no one has uncovered it yet.
There's an old wise saying about simply stepping aside when fools are being foolish and allowing them to make even bigger fools of themselves?
