Weird problem but I can log in here at work ( well my business for 10 more days , I was bought out ) on this computer , but cant log in at home with my Imac or my phone ( Iphone) .. I've had that Mac for years and never been logged out .. I didnt intentionally log off , just picked it up and was logged out .. So when i click LOG IN that screen flashes for about 0.3 seconds and then redirects to the previous page . So I dont get the chance to enter in my username / password . All other webpages requiring log in and password still work as before . Had a friend message JRowland and he sent it to IT , any of you techy guys know what might be going on ? Thanks .

Odd one to troubleshoot because it works on at least one machine.. which tells me it's not an issue with the website or your account. If the service (website) works for some users or systems, then it's likely something on the client side.

At the same time, it IS happening on mobile and a Mac. And those are fairly different systems for it to be happening to both.

Are you using Safari on your Apple devices? Maybe some new setting. Try clearing browser cache, either way. I know Apple has released some new security settings and configurations, but not entirely sure what they include (not an apple guy really).

It's odd for sure. Usually there's a common theme when something like that isn't working.

Do you use Safari on BOTH the iPhone and iMac? If so, it's probably something there. Still weird that it would totally break, and not even load the site correctly, for both devices.

Try clearing cache, try doing app updates and OS updates

Safari does that weird thing every once in a while to me. Then it starts working again. I've never found any rhyme or reason to it.

I've had that issue with Chrome browser. After 3-4 times, I type in the address [ n.rivals.com/users ]. That usually gets me to a place where I can log in.

It could also be called "Private Window".. generally just find the settings button in the browser and their should be an option towards the top for new private window or new incognito session.

Clears all history and tracking after and it also removes add-ons which can sometimes break your browser. Using Incognito mode is a great way to troubleshoot.

I work in IT and literally fix these exact things for a living - just helped a client with an almost identical problem and was getting ready to post the solution for the OP. Surprisingly easy fix when I figured it out. However looking at the posters history - yikes. Hard pass buddy.

I was being sarcastic and messing around dipshit. Not sure how many IT guys you know who help people log into message boards for a living, but either way good luck navigating retirement big guy.
