Longest Length of a Play (Players) ...

Are there any players you have noticed that just repeatedly when they get the football its the longest play from scrimmage. And by longest play from scrimmage I mean "length of time of the play".

I never really noticed it before until I saw this individual play football....

He just does not go down easily and every time his jersey is grabbed by a defender, he changes his direction and extends the time of the play.

I think he may have played arena football when he was younger and maybe that is why he consistently extends the length of the play.

Not to take anything away from this young man or the offensive staffs that get him the ball in some space, but those long-duration plays feature some markedly, poor arm-tackling. I will let others judge if this will become more of a trend with the newer tackling/contact restrictions in place.

This was a video from either a frosh or soph year also. That may have something to do with it. Dylan also played Arena football so I think that helped him learn how to move in tight spaces.

He will be a senior next year at Aurora Christian.
