It's down to UK, UGA, WVU.

My gut says Georgia but we'll see. If Johnson picks UK, he'll be a CB.

Brian Cole will be our safety commit.

Article on 24-7 quotes the kid saying his trip to Georgia this past weekend was "amazing".

What pisses me off is that Georgia literally followed us around and offered him right after we did and they're going to take him from us. It's just infuriating.

Maybe. Wait and see. "Amazing" is sometimes just a recruit's idea of a polite assessment of visit. [laughing]

But you have no problem with us flipping UCF commits I take.

Why a JUCO boundary corner would go to Georgia is beyond me. Not so sure the immediate playing time is there.
Would understand him not coming to UK though. Have a difficult time believing that he would come in and usurp Westry.

For anyone that trusts Wiltfong of 247... He just picked UK to get Lonnie Johnson.

I think the standard in college football is anyone is fair game until the ink is on the LOI.

Amen to that, and btw, sources are suggesting that he may pick UK. So, let's take a nap and when we wake up we could be surprised.
Either way, good things are coming our way in recruiting this week.

I disagree....Westry is begging to be replaced with his uninspured play

I'm thinking you skills in analysis are as vapid as your spelling mistakes. Westry did not continue on the trajectory people had put him on after his freshmen year. A year ago people here were worried he was going to the NFL after three years and now posts like this are to be had. I think both views are a bit shrill. Westry still has good cover skills and sometimes those skills are not apparent in zone coverage especially when the secondary is not helped by the pass rush. Given he was a sophomore this year, I believe he has lots of good football ahead of him.

I'm not worried about Westry. Yes, I was a bit disappointed in his play this year; however, he will show in the Bowl game and next year. Go Cats!!

Teams seemed to go away from Westry early in the year, opting to target Batey instead. After Batey made plays teams came back at Westry and he seemed ill-prepared. Maybe he lost focus, will now accept the challenge. Spring competition at several positions will be fierce.

He will probably we in man coverage against Tech in the bowl. I'm no expert but I imagine you play straight up against the option and put your DB's in one on one man coverage.
