I like the early games. We will get to our spot way too early. Folks will bring some good food. I will down some hot apple cider which will send my sugar scores to the moon, but wtf. Everyone in our group and surrounding groups will be laughing. There will be some beefing about Fitz. We will have a good time. We will get in to see the red rockets during the national anthem. I hope we can see a good game. Hope springs eternal!

No. This is not pee wee and everyone gets a participation trophy. These are men, not kids. Let them soak up if they are unhappy. Maybe they can sway Sir Snarky.

Hello, a Rutgers fan here visiting with a group. Looking forward to it as we have never been to NW. Game day question - what are your recommendations for parking?

When is the last time you talked to a 18-22 year old… that you didn’t date? A lot of them are still kids.

We should support the players and light up the coaches. The coaches are the adequately compensated men in this program.

Our new defensive coordinator Jim O’Neill manages the east lot before the games. If he waves you to go left, go right and you will be in the correct position.

Northwestern is one word, so we use the acronym NU, not NW. We welcome you to Evanston, a diverse community on the lake just north of Chicago that is home to some gorgeous mansions from the late 1800s and early 1900s, more than a few good bars and restaurants, and the university. I'd reserve some time for each on your visit. You can park on campus and either walk or take a free shuttle bus the mile and a half or so up to Dyche Stadium. Parking near the stadium is sometimes difficult unless you arrive quite early. I suggest parking on campus and grabbing a breakfast downtown followed by a leisurely walk north up Sherman Avenue or Orrington to Central Street, then left/west to Dyche. Enjoy, but do not expect victory.

Parking does not exist near the game, only in Evanston itself. Don't rent a car, take the bus or train or a cab to Evanston and walk. It is a beautiful suburb. Unless you are going to want to tour around by car, in which case park in Evanston and take the shuttle or walk to the game.

You mean ones managing their football careers with fancy hat dances and the opportunity to make millions off their likeness? Ours receive $250K+ educations in addition to any NIL opportunities followed by the potential for quite well compensated careers. Don't we pride ourselves in only taking players that demonstrate advanced maturity? Aren't they only accepted if they are well beyond average intelligence? Are you saying we have a bunch of typical 18-22 kids that need coddling?
