Looking over our verbals and commitments

Was wondering..... Have we EVER lost a recruit we wanted to Moo? I can't think of one if he could qualify into WVU. The ones that can't, I understand Moo going after them. And, I believe Moo's TE who verbaled to WVU realized, with Holgorsen in place, his position was minimal at WVU. A mutual parting of the ways. I notice Moo has offered a few of our recruits. Just wondering if Moo has any verbals, or commitments that also hold a WVU offer? Now, or ever....... Obviously, we focus on different star levels because of our goals and the quality of competition so there isn't going to be a lot of opportunities.

If you are referring to Fronaphel, I remember him and his twin brother had a bet on the game at The Joan. The winner got to take some truck to school with them. Obviously. ... WVU won.

If I remember correctly, Eric said that Dana told him he didn't have any interest in him, so he gave him warning. I hope he enjoyed his college experience.

Unless you count this gem.......LOL

The guy who chose a junior college over Marshall. He will join us soon, and we will welcome him with open arms to the Mountaineer family.

Remember when we said that it was due to academics, and all the Herdies said it was just because he chose Marshall over WVU? What a bunch of clowns. They have to wait until a kid doesn't get a great test score to get excited about recruiting.

McCrary will be at WVU this December, after his jrco graduation. For a second or two after he found out he wasn't eligible to play he committed to MooU. Then decided his love of being a 'eer was to great to be a proped herdie. So he went the jrco route to be a mountaineer in the near future.

Larry Mcloud is one recruit you lost out on to Marshall. It doesn't happen often. With all your stellar recruits, you guys should finish every year ranked higher than Marshall. I wonder why you don't.

You guys seem to want to get credit for getting your *** kicked. It doesn't matter who you play if you can't win.

At it doesn't matter who you beat if it's just a bunch of pillow fights.

We beat Baylor. You lost to WKU.

When was the last time Marshall beat a top 25 team again?

What do you mean...irrelevant? We were one of those top 25 teams you guys like to boast about playing!

Beating, not playing. WVU gave Marshall enough beatings in eight years to last a lifetime. When you want another one, come to Morgantown.

It's easy to find, go to Charleston and turn north. You can't miss it.
