Huge time for him to return. Tough, but manageable two games ahead. Minnesota appears to project as a defensive struggle and we'll need his size and fouls, not to mention a few scores inside.

I'm glad that he will be back but don't you think it will be a few games before he can contribute 100% ?

I hope he can return to preinjury form quickly. Will he have a brace on his hand? Will that affect his shot? I have forgotten what was posted- was the injury on his shooting hand? Even if he can contribute with some rebounds and defense, that would be wonderful.

The last time Dererk played his first Big Ten game of the season, he put up 29 points. Just saying.

The injury was to his right hand, and Dererk is left-handed.

Clearly the wrap on his right hand is bothering him from getting a good grip on the ball.
