i just had to renew my subscription (unhappy) and remove my ad blocker (which i had already done) and now it tells me i don't have sufficient privileges to post in the alley................on3 can kisss my bluegold ***...........yeah....i'm pissed and ready to get the hell outta here!!!!

Was it time to renew your subscription? I'm sure @Chris Harmon will help you straighten this out. They do have customer support.

Your original Rivals subscription transferred over, not sure when you were up for renewal, but support can tell you and fix any issues. Email [email protected] and explain the situation. They will send you a ticket number and get you straightened out. If you don't have a solution in 24 hours, please email me at [email protected] with your ticket number, and I'll make sure customer service gets on it right away. Sorry for the hassle.

For future reference, and for anyone, if you have any issues at all, please feel free to email me. But always email [email protected] to get in their system and get a ticket started.
