Richt sure has a problem with retention and getting kids to abide by rules.
Regardless of how our new coach works out, it was time for Richt to move on from UGA. The last couple of years were taking a toll on him and he looked like beaten man. He is no longer our coach but I still think he is one of the best men in college coaching, I think he really cares about his players, he started a program at UGA to help former players get support and a network for those having trouble finding jobs mostly with successful former players. But he has one pet peeve, do something and admit what happened and he will give full support and try to help, but he will not tolerate lying to him, once that happens he will help you find a new team. I hope he does well at UF, he looks much more relaxed than the last few years in Athens.
