Yeah, wow, that's a big miss. Beamer puts a ton of effort into recruiting that region. To miss on a highly rated recruit for whom we were heavily favored is a punch in the gut.
The shine is gone. Other than a couple of upsets, he's never shown to possess elite coaching chops, and the cheerleading routine has run its course. He needs to show this year an ability to consistently coach up his players and out coach the opposition. I'm not optimistic.
Would love to know the background story on this one. Lose another one to that cretin Maryland coach sucks. The lb the coach showed his a** with his antics in the signing a couple of years ago pulled out of merryland. Breaks my heart.
