How could he possibly think its a good idea to give this guy another chance? Shot up the Pegasus Parade and then killed a guy while on home incarceration for the parade shooting. How he was let out after the shooting is mind boggling. How he is being allowed out now is just flat out crazy. This judge will have some answering to do if this kid commits a crime going forward.

Judge Olu Stevens is a social justice warrior posterboy. He has been in the news a lot for questionable behavior usually surrounding race. He also got a 90 day suspension without pay for his actions. That is rare for a judge.

But what about Roe v. Wade?

Whether you agree with abortion or not, the SCOTUS did some mental gymnastics in determining that the constitutional "right to privacy" extended to a woman's right to decide to terminate a pregnancy. If you are an abortion advocate, you like the decision. If you are pro life, you think the reasoning was convoluted.

This judge is making a very high risk decision by allowing a 2 time murderer to go back into society without doing much time. Therefore he should have to share some of the risk. If this murderer commits another violent crime this judge should have to do some time. He should have to do 50% of whatever the next punishment is.

This judge is putting innocent civilians at risk and needs to be held accountable if this murderer is to act out again

Or, regardless of how you feel about abortion, you believe that making **** up out of thin air isn't a good way to "interpret" a written Constitution.
