The defense really needs a lot of work but with that said, this is the best shooting Cardinals team I've seen in a very long time. If the defense catches up with the offense, this team will be unbeatable.
Yell but i'm afraid we are going to take some bad losses because our defense is pretty bad.
Johnson’s length is just something Fresh doesn’t have and him being back now will get him some great game reps before ACC play.

It's not THAT bad. They'll learn. That's what these early games out of conference are for.
All it takes is one cold shooting nite. And a bad shooting nite effects the entire team. That's why i pray this team really improves their defense.
This team has alot of work to do . Seeing things that cost them games last year. This is a coaching issue. Mack and his staff need to self assess what they are teaching.
Akron is pretty good. I saw them up close when they played WVU here a few weeks ago. Anyway, it is troubling to see that Louisville still chokes under pressure and if something doesn't change it will cost them against better teams.
Lack of a point guard. If we aren’t blowing a team out, I just wonder if we can handle a back and forth game in a half court.
We need to find that guy who will step beside Nwora and make plays. Everyone wants to be a role player right now and no one wants to step up and lead.
Williamson is the guy that hopefully can make that step.
David Johnson and Samuell Williamson have serious potential but like most frosh, they gets lost on defense. The upperclassmen need to take charge and lead the youngsters.
