How are you guys watching the game? I go to cast it and it wants me to sign up for a service. I’m tired of this crap. They keep making it harder to watch, So I assume they are hiding the games to prevent viewing.
They’re doing to us what they did to UNCST and that doesn’t bode well for us. To many bad passes and bad shots if we don’t watch it we will lose this game before the half.
Good game Duke is a good team they exposed things we need to work on. I didn’t like the free throw disparity I think we only shot 1 free throw that’s unrealistic. We need more players to score in a tough situations HVL was the only one doing it. I really thought Morgan Jones would of had a better game today than what she did.
The ACC is the toughest, all-around, that is has been in quite a while. More losses are probably coming. However, hopefully a tough conference will produce a battle-tested team come March.
I agree I watch a lot of women’s basketball and the ACC is by far the toughest top to bottom. I also think Duke is the best team in the ACC this year. We won’t play a better defensive team than Duke and outside of a couple of players we did not play a good game. To many unforced errors. If we take this loss and learn from we are a better team. I really hate the black uniforms.
Williams had a few decent moments, Dixon a respectable 8 rebounds, and Cochran was playing well prior to foul trouble. We need to combine their talents into one strong presence in the lane.
HVL in the mid range was on fire, and it took Kassa a few minutes to shake off the rust.
Tough and deep ACC this year, wins on the road will be a bonus.

M Jones was a no show I really thought with her ability to drive the lane she was going to have a good game but it didn’t happen. They started doubling HVL in the 2nd half but she was still able to get her points. I am not disappointed by this loss Duke is a legitimate top 10 team are higher.
We played them tough at their place and came up short. I watched the Duke vs UNCST game at UNCST and Duke dismantled them and beat them by 14.

Agreed; amazing that Duke was not included in top 25; that will change tonite.
Two (2) very obvious observations so far; parity in WBB, and home team advantage. So many top 25 teams losing when on the road, and aside from South Carolina, Stanford and perhaps ND, I do not see any teams that will not be vulnerable to losing on the road.
UNC and VT were very evenly matched, but ND was dominating over a bad BC team. Illinois edged out Iowa in a what may not have been as much of an upset, given the Hawkeye perimeter shooting.
