So far this goes to show that Cards haven't really gotten better, rather GTech was really really bad.
I have never seen a group of players so forgetful or clueless on the court. It's like they all just took up the game of basketball a few years ago.
It has to be coaching. In game 23 of the season, they still do the same things poorly that are basic fundamental basketball.

This is just a cruel season. As bad as the coaching and playing has been, this team still gets no favors when it comes to good luck. A fortunate bounce or shot falling in. It always goes the other way for this team.
Just too much ineptitude in all facets of the game to win. You had the FSU player perfectly set up for a trap in the corner yet we back off him and don't even try it.

first half we didn't put our hands up on 3 pointers and gave up 45 points. we played well the second half.

I’m glad we came back after an abysmal first half. Hats off to the crowd again today. It was a loud and engaged crowd.
Their defense is so bad for long spurts and then they compound it with turnovers. It is nearly impossible for them to win.
It is their veteran guys that create the majority of their issues as well. I mean how can Jaylen Withers not give full effort every minute of the game? How does he let their best shooter just get his shot?

Jaylen and Ellis both know they won't sit because of their defense because Payne knows they are also the ones who can score. These players are not challenged enough.
it's my fault they lost, when traynor slammed it home i saw the play set up the entire way and i jumped out of my seat and did a fist pump. got too excited and blew the karma, sorry guys. my bad, i'll do better next time
Perhaps because he’s equal parts selfish, heartless and soft. But he makes up for that by not giving two *****.
