You do know the clock starts back even if out of bounds unless under 2 minutes in 4th

I agree with the announcers. 9:25 and down 21. I am surprised BP did not go for that. UL has done well in 4th down and long down situations in this half. I realize that if you go for it and fail, you give up points, but if Houston gets done fists downs ...
