Which begs the question, “why didn’t Pope get players that fit his system?” If we can’t shoot you have to find a new identity, throw the ball down low and play inside out, try something different. I agree though, our recruiting is trash.

I still don’t think Duke is that good. I actually think we match up good with them — if we end up an 8 seed, I’d love to have Duke as our 1. If we were a 7, I’d like to have Duke as our 2. We suck, so some of you may think I’ve lost my mind, but we have one of the best players in the country to defend Boozer and that’s JQ. Everything Duke does is built from the attention Boozer draws. We would have a better chance against Duke than most other top teams.

I would like to agree with you but right now, Boozer would do what he wanted against Quaintance and, get fouled doing it. I want to think that scenario, and especially Quaintance, will change over the next 6 weeks.
