Coming back isn’t the issue to me. The issue is, as we saw with Butler, will he ever be 100% can’t get to a final four with no PG on the roster. Mark must adjust to this and quick. Injuries can derail his career here. Must stop retaining guys with injuries and quit recruiting them. It’s just the reality he’s in. You can’t afford the risk at this point. If this year is wasted by injuries next year is pivotal.

Hopefully it’s not what is being said. But he wasn’t near 100% for Louisville that was obvious. Can he return in time for the team to be cohesive which it isn’t right now and will he be 100%. If he’s not playing doesn’t matter. These other teams will just abuse it.

What’s up is no one really knew how serious the re aggravation was. It was all internet speculation. Hopefully it was no big deal and folks were jumping to conclusions. Goodman did confirm the MRI showed he didn’t injure it any worse

Its stlll 2 dislocations in less than a month. That's not great. Hopefully hes able to come back.

Also, lifting you arms once is a lot different than playing a full game.

Pope has said multiple times Lowe’s entire body is sore, somewhat odd, IMO.

That he was not trussed up wasn’t surprising. If he had been this wouldn’t be a discussion. Seems like he is in good enough shape that the trainers and physicians are on the fence.

What else could it be? Lowe sure isn't sitting out waiting for the draft because the NBA isn't interested.

Gotta remember. Some of this fanbase STILL TO THIS DAY think Jared Vanderbilt sat out on purpose even though the dude had a major injury, a documented surgery, AND missed his entire rookie year in the NBA due to it. But yeah, CONSPIRACY!

That’s what happens when you’ve spent the last 15+ years being lied to about injuries and suspensions. You don’t trust anything.

Well, when it's documented and a dude sits out a whole rookie season, that's usually a pretty good clue you can trust it. I mean were the Nuggets in on it too?

Point being, some of our fans think every injury is fake and its done on purpose to hurt UK. It's ridiculous

Here the thing. If you dislocated your shoulder a week ago you’re not throwing your arms up today. Your slinged up and most importantly is the strap that stabalizes the joint so it doesn’t move in and out. The dude can play no doubt. And we just need to limit him. Any damage from prior injury isn’t going to prevent him from playing. The surgery is elective if he has it. That’s been made clear. Everything has been rumor. Yesterday or two days ago he was out for the year. Then later that day they said no new damage. When the surgery is elective and the guy is getting paid 2-3 million I expect him to elect not to have surgery and play under control.

it’s not your shoulder. It’s not your life and body.

To be clear, Lowe wasn't injured when he was recruited by Kentucky and had only missed one game due to injury in his two seasons at Pitt. That lone DNP was due to a concussion, nothing shoulder-related.

Ah gotcha. I thought it was a month for some reason. I was under the impression he dislocated his shoulder last season. Stand corrected on that.

Add to it he recruited JQ who’s already questionable and it just makes this worse. I’d hate for Mark to miss this chance and end up removed because of the injury bugs.

We’re just going to have to be more patient this time around than usual. Can’t make decisions until he gets a healthy team. If the season goes a little bit lackluster due to injuries I see no way to make decisions based off of it. Mark is going to win here it might just take some time.

Also noticed him shrugging his shoulders. Shampoos with Head and Shoulders.
