Lenoir-Rhyne to host NCHSAA 2A and 4A Football State Championships​

HICKORY, N.C. - On Saturday, December 13th, the NCHSAA will be hosting the 2A and 4A state championship games at Moretz Stadium.

The 4A championship game is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. and will be between Reidsville and Brevard. Tarboro and Murphy will face off in the 2A state championship at 5:00 p.m.

TICKET AND SEATING INFORMATION
Gates Open: One hour before Game Time
Admission: $20.00 ages (6 and up)
Parking: $10.00 per car (cashless only)
5 & Under: Free

SPECTATORS

• All spectators will enter the facility on the East side of the stadium which is opposite the press box side
  • NOTE: No one will be re-admitted after leaving the stadium
• Spectators will not be allowed to bring coolers, thermos bottles, or any outside food or dinks into the stadium.
• Concessions and parking are 100% cashless transactions.
• The clear bag policy is in effect and all bags are subject to search.
• Signs larger than 8.5 x 11in, flag poles/sticks, umbrellas, full-face paint, body paint, electronic noisemakers, pyrotechnics, exploding devices, and dangerous noise-makers are not allowed.

Answered my own question, I just called NCHSAA (Austin), yes you can purchase at the gate as well.

Backstreets Bar and Grill is good and is close by. There are lots of options in that area. I think Hickory Tavern is pretty close to there too.

There's a Longhorn, Outback, Kickback Jacks and Texas Roadhouse nearby. I like Hickory Tavern, but there's a bunch of bar food places like that to choose from.

For our friends from down east, all of these are just off L-R Blvd. (Except Hickory Tavern) which will probably be where you exit I-40. There’s also a good Japanese steakhouse, Kobe’s, that’s close by. Head downtown and there’s an Indian food place and keep going if you want the Hickory Tavern.
