LSU Like So Many Others

was looking forward to playing UK and didn't get focussed on the game before they played UK. Almost every SEC team this year lost the game they played before playing UK. LSU was an exception earlier in the year but they made up for it today.

Had nothing to do with it. LSU isn't good. They have a few talented players but they are an average team with a terrible coach who is incapable of ever taking them anywhere.

Their best player was a no show today so that didn't help. I don't know if he was hurt or what but he was awful. They have no one to replace him either.

Why on earth any top prospect would want to play for him is beyond me. At the last of the game he was totally cluless

Johnny Jones really is a bad coach. Next year he will have the #1 overall recruit in Simmons, a top 15 in Blankney, could get Mickey and Martin back and will probably still lose 10 games.

I was counting on this.. these teams palyed like crap all year because they were looking up at Kentucky. They decided to play 200% against us, and then half *** the rest of the games..

well.. looks like no one told them it's a Single Elimination tournament, and thanks to their complacency, we get to feast on Auburn..

Big ups to LSU: You're little "Superbowl" totally backfired on you and helped Kentucky. Gracias.

Which begs the question...why are the top players going there next year?
