Grand slam LSU. Up 7-1. Walking guys is a killer. Has bit WVU big time today.

I don't think we have a pitcher that can get their hitters out consistently.
Kartsonis with 27 pitches in the 1st inning. That's not looking good for him lasting more than 4 innings.

LSU pitcher isn't throwing strikes either......but we are swinging at them anyways.......3 hitters, 3 K's, 3 balls in the dirt.
Kartsonis just not going to get it done. Got two quick outs in the 2nd, walked next two guys, and now is 2-0 to the next hitter. Already up to 51 pitches.

When the only pitch you can remotely come close to the zone with is a 92 mph fastball, today's college (and high school) hitters are going to tee off on it.

This WVU offense is good enough to compete against anyone. Hopefully the portal is full pf arms that can throw quality strikes.
LSU is just too good. Maybe one day we'll get lucky and get a Murray State or UTSA in a super regional.
I'm still damn proud of this team. The expectations was not very high and they ended up having another historic year, and one that will definitely build upon for the future.
