Great win by LT. WSS with a team in the quarters. My preseason prediction proven wrong. Props to the Lions. Hopefully the success continues for the conference tomorrow and next week.

No. I gave them props a few years back when they went into Duchon and beat the Hitters. Having two of my former players star in that game might have helped but besides that they haven’t done much to deserve a lot of credit. They proved me wrong the last two weeks after years of playoff disappointment. They have will be one of the last 8 8A teams playing after 2 impressive wins and should have a good chance to win next week to get that elusive first ever semifinal.

Kinda like the NUIC in 1A. One half of the bracket is all NUIC schools. Pretty amazing what those two conferences are doing

Incredibly gritty performance in the 2nd half by the Lions, after a sluggish first half. The defense was relentless on the PN QB all night long. Some perfect throws by Ryan Jackson in the 3rd for 3 passing TD's to 3 different players
