Bowden would be a great pickup. Was formally committed to IU and was the jewel of their class. He is in the mold of Randall Cobb at 6"0 185lbs shifty wr who you could line up in the backfield as well.
If we can land Bowden and Davis this would easily be the best WR class (on paper) that UK has ever signed:
Javonte Richardson - 5.9 4* ( 97th best overall player & 5th best athlete) 6'4 205lbs
Danny Davis - 5.9 4* (117th best overall player & 15th best wr) 6'2 180lbs
Lynn Bowden - 5.8 4* (26th best athlete) 6'0 185lbs
Joshua Ali - 5.6 3* (96th best wr) 5'11 173lbs
As good as the 2014 class was with 2 4* and 3 3*s the 2017 class would definitely get the edge on paper.

Good point, but we already have two of them and the other two would be very difficult to turn down if they wanted to come here.
If its this 4 I dont think there is anyway you say no to any of them. We will be seeing quite a few receiver gone after the next 2 seasons. Timmons, Baker, Badet, Bone, Johnson, Montgomery & Walker will all be gone. Plus add in transfers from Williams and Snodgrass we could definitely use to stock up on receivers for the future even though i do think we have some promising young receivers.

you need to talk to the defensive line coach about the recruiting or lack thereof. Or the offense line coach with the problem we have with offensive tackles. If Jedrick Wills was wanting to come here he would have already committed already. He would be a leader and helping in recruiting in landing an excellent class.

Yeah this is the class to take more WRs. Get them on campus and redshirt them so they can play major minutes as RS FR or RS SO.
