Yes will not be playing this week. From what I understand when conf starts you can't pick up games. Just in case can make up. Remember a team can play a Fri game and then on Tuesday of NCHSAA approves it

with it being a conference game the Bears &EW really need to find a time to make it up…plus State says only 10 games…if they don’t play each other and both run the table my guess is a coin flip for 1st….hypothetical situation is Bears could be 9-0 and a #2 seed (lose the draw) just my thoughts

Tie breaker should be EW one couldn't play. And team that is ranked higher. Game would not been close. EW will miss Elkin game also.

Trust me, the kids are being punished enough. I posted in November about the election and begged people who did not want to see our youths future messed up to make the right decision. This sport has always been a place that many kids could gain fellowship and future friends. We continue to rob our youth of the future based on our fears. We as adults at some point need to stand up with each other and say enough!!!

Smarter heads have to step in and fix this. MA could be the #1 overall seed in West

NCHSAA needs to re-visit scheduling, playoffs, etc. asap, because there will be teams that could only play 8 games or less and very few that will be able to complete their schedule, especially conference games. Possibly eliminate some of the 5 weeks of playoffs, in order to get in as many regular season/conference games as possible. Like Buzz said, smarter heads have got to step up and at least make an effort to get this right.
