Paul Bryant knew when he recruited (bought) Babe Parelli that a great quarterback was the catalyst to build in a championship team. He proved that theorem again when he brought Joe Namath to Alabama. Folks, having a QB with the skills of Mac Jones is a once in a lifetime player that can catapult a team from worst to first. What a shame UK never knew what they had with Tim Couch until Hal Mumme turned him loose. What a shame a complete team wasn't built around him. Mark is building SEC depth and a program that will command respect. A great quarterback is a leader and the one individual who can lead and win. IMHO, the football "messiah" arrives soon. Why not?
