If he gets the 5th star, and we do get Wills we will have at least two five start players in the class.

Looks more like a 12 year old remark

God people, lighten up. I implied he looks young, maybe that's because I'm old. It's a nice award for the guy, certainly better to have someone who was invited to the event and won a nice trophy than someone not considered. Good god.

Apparently, Mac Jones scored much, much higher than the rest of the field today. The Clemson QB commit (a top 150 player in the class) came in second, but according to Rivals, it was a distant second.

The only thing holding him back in my opinion is his size. Gotta think that has to be the only reason he isn't a five star.

Redshirt and some age will do wonders for him. Looks much bigger now than he was a year ago could be my eyes but he looks bigger

Only missed the net on 3 throws with no time to get adjusted to the footballs. This is a first class act young man on and off the field.
Yeah watched some of the vids and his accuracy is just ridiculous. If he's that accurate at UK we gonna win a lot of ballgames folks.

If we keep him and get him in Blue it will be a miracle. I'm sure the top schools will be after him hard.

The kid on the his left is an 18 kid from Georgia who is projected to be the number 1 guy in 18, not sure but I think the one on his right is also an 18 kid from Georgia who is a top ranked dual threat qb for his class. He had some good competition to compete against.

That is some good company to keep on your left and right grumpy. It also looks good for Georgia in recruiting as well over the next couple of years. You guys are stacked in talent.

Also when he gets that 5th star how many othe top notch recruits will be wanting to play with him.
Since scholarships are limited I wonder how the staff will approach it if they have some top 100 talent wanting to come as well. Good players want to play with other good players.

We don't have as many committed as Richt usually did at this time, at least publically, rumors of more than a handful of silents, but I think its because Kirby is going after higher ranked kids than Richt did and they usually wait a little later. We are recruiting both those 18 qbs, not looking great for either at the moment, but they are still visiting Athens so we are't out of it yet.

I'm glad he's a commit, but I can't get too excited with so much time left for him to be here.

I'm showing my age a little bit, but seeing the kid on the right makes me think of the USC QB Steve Taneyhill.

Could it be the hair? Kid's team won a state championship this past season, 4A I believe. Name is Trevor Lawrence and goes to Cartersville High if any of you travel down I-75 when going through Georgia, about 30 miles north of Atlanta. Seems to be favoring UT now, born there and moved to Georgia, as an awful lot of kids in Georgia are born somewhere else.

Reminds me of the wear wolf at Trader Vic's........... his hair was perfect. Glad he's coming here , hope he stays committed.

A round of juice boxes on me to celebrate his Win.
